Hey everyone, hope everyone is still watching baseball out there even though our Cubbies aren’t still in it. The Red Sox / Rays series is turning out to be very fun to watch that is for sure.

Since it is a little bit of a down time right now in Cub land, I thought I would see if any of you had opinions on a new redesign of the website. I’m thinking moving to a more community type feel where our commenters and readers can upload pictures (avatar / gravatar) that would be displayed next to their comments. That would allow us to run contests based off of comments etc and really give back to our readers.

I have my design team chosen, just looking for some new ideas. If you read other sports blogs and see things that you really like and use there, pass them along and we will see if we can implement them here at ChicagoCubsBlog when we launch out new design.
