If you watched the game last night you would have seen Michael Barrett slide into 2nd base head first and looked like he either jammed his finger or wrist and it looks like he was in some pain. Barret the tuff guy that he is stayed in the game, but 670 The Score in Chicago is reporting that Barrett is getting xrays on one of his fingers today. Expect Henry Blanco to get the start at catcher today and give Barrett atleast 2 days off with the offday tomorrow. I hope Michael isn’t injured because he has really stepped up with his bat the season and the Cubs need all the offense they can get with Derrek Lee on the disabled list.

**Update on Barrett** WGN just reported that all xrays came back negative and that Michael is day to day. Good news!
